1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Some items may have specific return conditions as stated by individual sellers.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history
  2. Select the item you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Product" and provide a reason for the return
  4. Wait for seller approval and return instructions
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label

Items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unused and unopened (where applicable)
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Including all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Free from damage, wear, or alterations

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to seller error, damage during shipping, or receipt of an incorrect item. In such cases, the seller will provide a prepaid return label.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with the seller to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you.

8. Seller-Specific Policies

Individual sellers may have their own return policies that are more generous than our standard policy. Please review the seller's return policy before making a purchase, as it will take precedence for that specific transaction.
